Rafting – The first activity Shenaz listed in her post is river rafting. Most people always make it a point to indulge in this sport as it is one of the popular water adventures out there. Shenaz tried grade 5 rafting, which is at the expert level.

Laxman Jhula – The actor can be seen posing at Laxman Jhula, another famous tourist spot. This bridge has a rich history and is built across the river Ganges. According to Hindu mythology, the bridge was built where Lord Rama’s brother Lakshmana was crossing the river with a jute rope.

Neer Falls Trek: Neer Falls is a short drive from Laxman Jhula. If you enjoy exploring new things, trekking to Neer Falls should be on your bucket list.

Ganga Aarti: Ganga Aarti takes place every evening and the view is spectacular. Many visitors gather to watch the priests perform aarti and chant Ganga mantras carrying three-tiered lamps.

Flying Fox: Another adventure that should be on your bucket list is Flying Fox. This venture in Rishikesh is Asia’s largest flying fox.

Beatles Ashram: Shenaz recommends a once-in-a-lifetime visit to the Beatles Ashram. One of the main things this place is famous for is its graffiti art. After popular band The Beatles visited and stayed in Rishikesh in 1986, the place gained wide fame.
