Prime Minister Narendra Modi was recently on a two-day visit to Karnataka on June 20 and 21. The visit was part of the state BJP’s “big Bengaluru push” in view of the upcoming civic polls. The visit saw him inaugurating a series of developmental and public utility projects in Bengaluru, after which he left for Mysore to attend the prestigious International Day of Yoga event at the Mysore Palace.
He also visited Sri Suttur Math in Mysore. While she was accorded a grand welcome by the state, Chandan actress-turned-politician Ramya welcomed PM Modi to the state in a unique way. He submitted a to-do list to the Prime Minister during his stay in Mysore, which included, among other things, a suggestion to watch a movie trailer.
Ramya tweeted that the first on the list was to inaugurate the roads as they were desperately needed in the state. He added a thank you note to the Minister of Highways and Highways Nitin Gadkari for this. The next thing on the list was to eat the famous Mylar Butter Dosa of the state.
In a separate tweet, later, he added one last suggestion, which is to check out the orchestra culture in the city or watch the trailer of the upcoming film Orchestra Mysuru. He added a YouTube link to the trailer in his tweet. She asked others to add anything that came to their mind in the comments section.
