Beyonce is back with her new album Renaissance and stan Twitter is abuzz with the beauty of it all. Queen Bey’s last single was ‘Black Parade’, released in 2020 to commemorate Juneteenth. Her last full-length album was 2016’s ‘Lemonade’. The drop of new single ‘Break My Soul’ took Twitter by storm and fans found various ways to get their flow on the song.

A Beyonce fan made a cheeky joke to boost their favorite streams. People unfamiliar with Stan Twitter’s antics seem to be falling for the prank left and right. A user who goes by @xavewave wrote: “Beyoncé changed the lyrics in Break My Soul from “I just quit my job” to “I just quit my job” to “need a break from my job” because people are quitting their jobs.” Behind this, of course, was sending fans to listen to the songs in order to change them.

This kind of thing, apparently, doesn’t count as spreading misinformation on Stan Twitter.

For those still in doubt, Spotify’s lyrics still say “I just quit my job”, at least at the time of writing this article. But, of course, the song can be streamed on the platform and worship Queen Bey to be sure.
