The event will be a 54 hole stroke play event over three days.

Initially, India was allotted a team and two prominent stars Aditi Ashok and Tavesa Malik were invited, but according to the Indian Women’s Golf Association, they expressed their regret. He was replaced by Diksha Dagar and Gaurika Bishnoi.

The WGAI made a strong pitch to allow a second team from its Hero Order of Merit players. The request was accepted and Amandeep Dral and Vaani Kapoor were adjudged the top 2 in the Combined Order of Merit for 2020-21.

All four players have informed about their preparation. They have all been regulars on the WPGT and have played on the Ladies European Tour, apart from making their debuts in South Africa and Australia.

Champika Sayal will travel as the Team Principal-cum-Captain.
