When you cry due to emotional or stressful reasons, your body releases stress hormones along with the tears, this reduces your stress.

Your tears do not allow the membrane present in the eyes to dry out, which is responsible for the eyesight, due to which the eyesight remains good for a long time.

Crying is the easiest way to relax and lift yourself from any suffering.
