Nutritionists share 3 important eating habits to get lean body MPNRC News

However, if you consider the recent Instagram post of nutritionist Pooja Makhija, it is very easy to get a healthy lean figure. While sharing some interesting insights on how to get lean body, Makhija revealed three essential eating habits that viewers can follow.

Makhija shared the first tip while standing in front of the leaning towers of Pisa. Nutritionists advise that your meal size should be reduced from sunrise to sunset. This means that one should have a heavy breakfast and then a moderate portion of lunch and then very little food at dinner. Makhija explains that this is because your body’s metabolic rate is also declining in the same way so you should adjust the size of your meal accordingly for better digestion.

Another piece of advice shared by a health professional is about fluid intake. She mentioned in her post that she should not drink water or any other liquid immediately after a meal. Fluids should be taken 45 minutes before or after a meal. She explained that drinking fluids immediately after a meal dilutes digestive enzymes and digestive juices that affect your digestive process. This, she says, leads to malnutrition.

The third eating habit shared by Makhija is related to the order of food you put in your mouth. “Get your carbs to wear some clothes,” Makhija suggested. She recommends that one start with raw vegetables, then cooked protein, followed by fatty foods and some legumes with carbohydrates. Nutritionists explain that adopting this method of eating will reduce the amount of sugar and fat and you will be able to nourish without any fat storage.
