Salman Khan to start shooting for ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ from tomorrow; Film team set up in Mumbai

According to a recent report, Salman Khan is going to start shooting for his upcoming film ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ tomorrow.

Salman Khan starrer ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ has been in the news ever since it was announced. Several reports suggested that the Tiger Zinda Hai star would start shooting in the city soon, however, there was no confirmation on the dates. We provide you latest updates about Khan’s upcoming movie. Fans will be excited to know that the project is all set to go on floors tomorrow.

According to a report in Mid Day, the team of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is all set to install the cameras tomorrow. Ahead of the big shoot, director Farhad Samji’s teams have created two big sets. Reports say that the team will start shooting at the Golden Tobacco Factory in Vile Parle, where they have built a set resembling a metro station. The team did not find it possible to shoot at the actual location as the problem of crowd management turned out to be a problem.

As per reports, the shoot is expected to go on for 10 days, after which the team will shoot for an extensive schedule at Mehboob Studio in Bandra.

ETimes had earlier reported that the team of the film will start shooting at Mehboob Studio in Bandra, Salman’s favorite destination, after which the cast will head to Hyderabad to shoot for the second part of the film.

After the success of ‘Antim’, Salman will be seen reuniting with his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. The film will also feature Zaheer Iqbal and Pooja Hegde in lead roles. It is also reported that actress Shehnaaz Gill will make her Bollywood debut with the film. Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is currently eyeing a year-end release.

Apart from Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, Salman will also be seen in the Telugu film Godfather, which also stars Telugu icons Chiranjeevi, Nayanthara and Satyadev Kancharana. Salman also has Tiger 3 opposite Katrina Kaif which is scheduled to release in 2023 and will also do a cameo in Pathan which is scheduled to release on Republic Day next year. Pathan will feature Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles.
