“Thackeray will not return to the faction, will directly reach the assembly to show majority”: Rebel Sena MLA Deepak Kesarkar MPNRC

New Delhi: In an exclusive interview with rebel Shiv Sena MLA Deepak Kesarkar, who is currently in Guwahati with the Eknath Shinde Camp India ahead Said that the rebel MLAs will not return to Mumbai before the floor test. Further, he added, “We are very confident and we cannot be disqualified by the Uddhav Thackeray faction.”

“We will go straight to the assembly to prove our majority,” Kesarkar said.

Speaking on separate allegations of Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress that the BJP was using investigative agencies to pressurize the MLAs, the rebel MLA said that the MLAs in Guwahati are not under any pressure. We are unhappy with the alliance between Uddhav Thackeray and Shiv Sena with NCP.

Describing BJP as a natural ally of Shiv Sena, he said, “I don’t understand why Shiv Sena broke ties with BJP and entered into alliance with NCP and Congress despite MLAs requesting to go with BJP.” He also accused NCP chief Sharad Pawar of breaking the Shiv Sena.
