This look of Deepika Padukone at Cannes is oh so wow!
While we were still gushing over Deepika Padukone’s Parisian look in a Louis Vuitton mini dress for the jury dinner at the Cannes Film Festival, the actor has impressed fashion experts yet again with her retro regal look in Sabyasachi at the jury photocall . The 75th edition of the prestigious film festival began on Tuesday. And on the very first day, Deepika chose an Indian designer brand instead of her favorite Louis Vuitton. And honestly, it’s very hard to take my eyes off her.
After leaving a series of pictures on her Instagram Stories, Deepika took over the internet. In the stunning pictures, she appeared like a true royalty wearing a printed Mysore silk shirt with a beige base. The silk shirt had a digital rendering of hand-painted vintage flora, inspired by company paintings created by Sabyasachi Art Foundation.
The shirt came with Sabyasachi monogram buttons and was paired with green pleated wool trousers that gave a baggy comfy fit. The loose-fitting pants were kept at Deepika’s goal-worthy waist by a Bengal trophy belt.
Adding to her beauty was pulled wavy hair styled in a messy bun with matching silk hairbands, giving off proper retro vibes.
Choosing the statement jewellery, Deepika made sure to look in all her royalty. She wore a pair of diamond earrings. She embellished in Lucknow Rose – a fragmented Maharani necklace crafted with richly sourced multicolored gems and uncut diamonds, and a brown wristwatch.
Deepika completed her look with brown lipstick, bold winged eyeliner on the naked eye, highlighted and blushed cheeks and mascara-laden lids. In terms of footwear, he wore heavy golden heels.
